Service Packages

We appreciate how important your stairlift is to your independence, and like all major pieces of equipment there are times when things can go wrong which is why we offer a service package for everyone, even if you didn't purchase your stairlift from us.

If you would like to ensure that you are covered in the event of a problem then one of our Service Packages may be suitable for you. By being a Service Contract customer this brings you peace of mind knowing that Trident Sairlifts have you covered. All our packages include an annual service check of your equipment too, so you can rest in the knowledge that your stairlift is in the best condition.

Our Service Packages are available subject to your stairlifts age and condition, before we can accept you as a service customer we would need to visit your stairlift and carry out an inspection.
